Important: Any pest control services, estimates, contracts, warranties, or work performed are strictly between you and the independent contractor you choose. We are not a party to those agreements and have no control over the quality, timing, or legality of services provided by third-party contractors.
2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

- Contractors set their own prices, terms, and conditions
- Any contracts, warranties, or guarantees are between you and the contractor directly
- We are not responsible for verifying contractor licenses, insurance, or bonding (though we encourage you to do so)
- We are not liable for contractor performance, quality of work, or compliance with laws
- Disputes with contractors must be resolved directly between you and the contractor
We strongly recommend that you:
- Verify contractor licenses and insurance before hiring
- Obtain multiple written estimates
- Review contracts carefully before signing
- Check references and online reviews
- Understand warranty terms and payment schedules
